Earlier joining AJG Packaging, Kaur served in several quality leadership and oversight capacities. Most recently, she was quality analyst – Supervisor and Compliance at U.S. Pharma Lab. Included in her various duties were sample tracking and analysis of finished products, vendor ingredient qualification, and cGMP training. Prior to that, Kaur served as quality balls specialist, and assistant to the managing director of quality in customer and regulatory audits at Spectrum Pharmacy Products. Responsibilities during her tenure in that location included extensive group training on cGMP, Gdp, and ISO, in addition to performing CAPA investigations to implement process improvements.
